Many buts
First of all, I want to say that the cage arrived with several parts faulty and the after-sales service was not the best. I spent about two weeks sending back the faulty parts and receiving the correct ones. The assembly manual is very poor, but I don’t see it as that important. The cage itself is sturdy and not bad, but it has a lot of downsides. The protective rubber on the supports tears/peels off in less than a month of normal use. The plastic covers are annoying and it’s better to remove them (or let them fall off, as they tend to do on their own after a few months...). The dip bars are not the most comfortable out there, and if you’re over 185cm, they won't suit you very well. On the other hand, the pulley doesn’t allow for exercises like face pulls since the top part brushes against the structure. For that reason, you can only do almost vertical exercises like a pull-down, triceps extension, etc. Even so, it has withstood squat failures with 200kg without flinching and generally looks sturdy and comfortable. The pull-up bar is quite uncomfortable for performing pull-ups with a pronated grip, and if you’re over 185cm, it will feel tight or small directly. Putting aside the issues with the pulleys and dip supports, which I think leave a lot to be desired, it’s a product that, while functioning well, feels like it lacks refinement in many areas. I say this after more than a year of use.
Muchos peros
