Very good 12-kilo barbell

Very good bar. The only downside is that it isn't 28mm, which would be better for beginners before they use the 20kg bar.

Unbeatable Quality-Price.

The Bar is perfect for starting with Olympic movements or if you have limited space. I think it’s great as a multifunction bar, especially if you don’t lift heavy weights. Plus, it can hold quite a bit of weight. The price is amazing and it looks really nice. That said, the knurling is aggressive.

Calidad-Precio insuperable.

Great for starting with the TEENs

perfect bar for introducing teenagers to the practice of Cross Training or weightlifting. Also great for technique work with a light bar.
