Shoulders like coconuts

If you can do sets of 10 reps with the 25 kilo dumbbells, you will get lovely rounded shoulders that will show with any clothes you wear. I 100% recommend these dumbbells.

Back training

These 30-kilo dumbbells not only look like they'll last me 100 years, but they are perfect for doing single-arm rows and achieving a back workout that targets lats, traps, arms, and rhomboids at another level. I recommend them 100%.

Very good triceps workout

The 15-kilo dumbbells seem to have the perfect weight for training triceps with them. You can achieve a really good stretch of the long head of the triceps. Plus, they have a very solid and durable construction and design.

Indestructible dumbbells

I'm sure these dumbbells will last me until I die. Training my chest with them is on another level, with great stretch on the eccentric.

Mancuernas indestructibles

Great for beginners

I bought these dumbbells together with the 2.5 kilo ones, and my dad loves them for doing bicep curls and incline bench press. I recommend them 100%.

Great for beginners

They worked great for my dad, who is almost 80, to start slowly with some upper body exercises; he really enjoys the sensations.
