super useful

The ones we use the most of all the fractional plates, by far. The perfect increment to ensure progressive overload.

There are better prices on the market, but these are of higher quality, and for a little bit more, they're worth buying.

BUMPER 10 KG

Slightly slippery to the touch, but for the price, they are among the most affordable in colour, and I think they'll be perfect for my home gym.

BUMPER 10 KG
