Dual ext and seated fem

Excellent machine, I have to say I was quite surprised by how well the seated hamstring attachment adjusts, how well anchored and solid you feel when completing each rep, not to mention the comfort the machine provides. Top-notch value for money.

Dual ext and seated fem

Olympic barbell

The bar is amazing, I've used it for both bench and deadlifts and I would buy it again, quality to price ratio is hard to find at this level in the market.
