Extension machine

The truth is that the machine is impressive, it’s super compact, of good quality and you can load a lot of weight on it, it adapts well to both quads and hamstrings, and aesthetically it’s fantastic.

Extension Machine

Very good machine, good materials and well built. With bumper plates you might find yourself a bit limited in adding weight, but the machine more than delivers.

I HATE BULGARIANS

MY NIGHTMARE EXERCISE, BUT WITH THE SUPPORT THEY BECOME MORE BEARABLE. THE DENSITY OF THE FOAM IS PERFECT, I'LL CONTINUE TO HATE BULGARIANS... BUT A LITTLE LESS.

ODIO LAS BÚLGARAS

MI EJERCICIO PESADILLA, PERO CON EL SOPORTE SE HACEN MÁS LLEVADERAS. LA DENSIDAD DE LA ESPUMA PERFECTA, SEGUIRÉ ODIANDO LAS BÚLGARAS... PERO UN POCO MENOS

Perfect for Cross Training.

I bought this wall rack for my personal garage to mainly practice Cross Training (pull-ups, chest-to-bar, muscle-ups, toes-to-bar...) and I couldn't be happier with the purchase, it works perfectly for my needs. I use it a lot also when I have to do back squat, front squat, bench press, shoulder press... It's amazing, worth every penny.
