Dumbbell

Incredible the quality of the dumbbells, their sturdiness, how solid they are, and how well they perform. The grip feels great, 10/10 grip for squeezing out every rep.

Mancuerna

very comfortable

it's quite comfortable, and you can add resistance bands for more tension at the top of the movement. the only thing is that to finish the exercise, you have to lift your hips quite high to leave the bar on the stops, but it's something you get used to quickly.
