Perfect for doing the yoke function. The only issues I would point out are that raising and lowering it can be hard if it's not aligned properly, the rubber on the floor rips easily (it lasted us 2 sessions), and then the squat support is useless since you have the connector for the sides, but it has a longer support that actually works for using it as a rack.
