appropriate thickness for mobility

Pay close attention to the thickness of the band because some won't be suitable for assistance with pull-ups. I have to say that out of all the gear I've tried from Maniak, this is the worst. In each order, there is one or two elastics that last me 1 day.

medium quality skipping rope

a jump rope if you’re already used to double unders and want to train with your own rope. It won't be the fastest or the lightest, but it offers excellent value for money.

functional setup with little space

if you have limited space and need versatile equipment, this is a great option. It's important to keep in mind that for working from the rack, the base always needs to have weight, because otherwise it will move.

Balls with a good presentation

I like that each ball has a different colour. We've used them quite a bit these first few weeks and they are spotless.

Pretty sturdy plates

This model of plate seems recommendable to me because being so robust, I think they will last quite a long time without getting damaged. However, for those who like touch and go work, they are not the type that bounces on the floor, thus increasing the rolling with the impacts.

Discos bastante robustos
