they come without padding

Read the description carefully, as it specifies this, but don't worry, you can buy very cheap sandbags at any large DIY store.

appropriate thickness for physical assistance

Pay close attention to the thickness of the band because some won't be helpful for pull ups, but this one is. I have to say of all the equipment I've tried from Maniak, this is the worst. With each order, there’s one or two bands that last me just one day.

proper thickness for body support

Pay close attention to the thickness of the band because some won't be useful for assistance in pull ups, this is the smallest I would use. I have to say, of all the gear I’ve tried from Maniak, this is the worst. In every order, there’s one or two bands that last me just 1 day.

medium quality skipping rope

a jump rope if you’re already used to double unders and want to train with your own rope. It won't be the fastest or the lightest, but it offers excellent value for money.

functional setup with little space

if you have limited space and need versatile equipment, this is a great option. It's important to keep in mind that for working from the rack, the base always needs to have weight, because otherwise it will move.
