It works really well even in one-bedroom flats

I've bought them to protect the flooring in the room where I train, and they work great – no noise or vibration when I drop the bar during deadlifts.

I've been training with this bar for years and it's great

It’s sturdy and works perfectly for daily workouts, the knurling isn’t as aggressive as a Rogue or an Eleiko, so your hands suffer less.

The classic of all gyms

The 10 kg hex dumbbell is an essential item that can't be missing at home or in the gym, and if it's from Maniak, it really stands out even more. The finishes are excellent, the grip is very good, and the rubber coating means that if you drop it, you don't have to worry about a thing. It's, of course, a solid 10 in quality.

Essential at the gym

They have allowed us to warm up for effective sets, both for girls and boys, at home they are very comfortable for getting ready and not making big jumps between weights to avoid injury and adapt to the load, without a doubt, essential.

Ideal for shoulder press

I've been able to work unilaterally on different muscle groups, address imbalances, and keep muscle groups strong. It's already a substantial weight, and its versatility is very broad. Definitely a great choice.

To break records in the basics

To break records in the basics, with maximum precision in the PR attempt, it’s a genuine tool to help improve and see results each week, as the increases aren’t aggressive, allowing for better weight adjustments for women and not just increasing by two each time.

Impressive competition rack

It has improved the current competition racks available on the market; their robustness, stability, and safety are incredible. They are above average and with an unbeatable price compared to other brands. Without a doubt, it was a great choice for squats and bench press. I'm thrilled!!!

CALIBRATED DISCS GOOD OPTION

Very happy with Maniak as always regarding shipping and value for money. I wanted some calibrated plates to work with heavier weights in progression and they are definitely perfect.
