17 kilo fat bar

A good fat bar. It measures 220, weighs 17 kilos, and is well built. It serves its purpose perfectly. Perhaps the protective finish could be improved: it should be more uniform between the collars, sleeves, and bar. The option to include knurling would also be a good addition.

Adjustable bench could be improved

The bench is large and sturdy. Aesthetically, it stands out, but it has some areas for improvement: it needs rubber feet on the legs to enhance its stability, and the wood on the backrest should be harder to be able to use it for flat bench pressing. It performs its function well when incline pressing. By addressing its weak points, it would be one of the best options in terms of quality-price ratio on the market.

Banco ajustable mejorable

Recommended J cups

Good price-quality ratio. These are the second ones I've bought, and they've improved the finish. They fit the rack better. I might improve the material of the protector to make it more resistant to the abrasion from the knurling of the bar, even if it increases the price a bit.

J cups recomendados

Very happy with the quality of this product!!

From my experience, I can tell you that they are excellent, they absorb impacts really well and they don't滑动 and have great grip on the floor. The only "bad" thing is that they are quite heavy and it's hard to move them.
