Good quality

The type of wood is Phenolic, which is a very strong and durable wood... I've had it for half a year and it's like new.

Buena calidad

Perfect

With the reduced diameter, they don’t bend because they are slightly thicker than the larger size.

Perfecto

PERFECT

I've managed to lift 250kg with it and no problem at all... it performs really well for the price. It would be even better if it had a central knurling.

PERFECTA

Bars with good bearing rotation.

They seem to be very sturdy bars; the only drawback I see is that they have a small diameter. I think they would be more comfortable with a larger diameter.

Closure seems very sturdy and easy to put on the bar.

Closure with quality materials and assembly. Once the plates are in place, they won't move at all. At first, they are a bit stiff to close, but with use, they loosen up and become easy to use.

Good material.

Highly recommended for muscle release, as it is a ball with quite a bit of firmness.

Buen material.
