Shoulders like coconuts

If you can do sets of 10 reps with the 25 kilo dumbbells, you will get lovely rounded shoulders that will show with any clothes you wear. I 100% recommend these dumbbells.

Back training

These 30-kilo dumbbells not only look like they'll last me 100 years, but they are perfect for doing single-arm rows and achieving a back workout that targets lats, traps, arms, and rhomboids at another level. I recommend them 100%.
