Perfect grip

On the fixed bar without any issues, I've used them in dumbbells and they grip so well, I've done shoulder presses with a dumbbell plate and without fear of it falling apart, really good.

A very good bar

I haven't tried it with loads of over 140kg, but for deadlifts it works perfectly; you drop it and it doesn't even flinch. Just give it a little wd-40 now and then and it's as good as new.
