1.5kg bumper plate

The 1.5 kilo fractional bumper plate arrived perfectly. The plate is ideal because when you put it on the bar, it stays fixed and doesn't move.

When it's time to adjust...

When we talk about something like a Strict Shoulder Press, every kilo and every gram counts a lot, so moving in increments of 10 kg (2x5 kg) makes no sense. This is where these beautiful and functional fractional plates come into play.
