Calibrated metal plates for powerlifting (set of 2) 1.25 kilos

I bought 2 sets so I have two per dumbbell and I'm delighted. I also use them with the bar, plus they're nice in metallic.

super useful

The ones we use the most of all the fractional plates, by far. The perfect increment to ensure progressive overload.

super útiles

Los que más usamos de todos los fraccionales con diferencia. El incremento justo para que sea progresiva la sobrecarga.

Excellent purchase of these plates, at first I thought they wouldn't be any good for me but they are a great ally in my training and the durability is incredible, they haven't rusted at all.
