Máquina extensión

The truth is that the machine is impressive, it's super compact, of good quality, and you can load a lot of weight on it. It adapts well to both the quadriceps and the hamstring, and aesthetically it's amazing.

Very good machine, good materials and well built, with bumper discs you might find yourself short on adding weight but the machine more than meets the requirements.

HATRED FOR BULGARIANS

MY NIGHTMARE EXERCISE, BUT WITH THE SUPPORT THEY BECOME MORE MANAGEABLE. THE FOAM DENSITY IS PERFECT, I’LL KEEP HATING BULGARIANS... BUT A LITTLE LESS.

ODIO LAS BÚLGARAS

MI EJERCICIO PESADILLA, PERO CON EL SOPORTE SE HACEN MÁS LLEVADERAS. LA DENSIDAD DE LA ESPUMA PERFECTA, SEGUIRÉ ODIANDO LAS BÚLGARAS... PERO UN POCO MENOS

Perfect for Cross Training.

I bought this wall rack for my personal garage to practice Cross Training mainly (pull-ups, chest-to-bar, muscle-ups, toes-to-bar...) and I couldn't be happier with the purchase, it's perfect for my purpose. I use it a lot also when I have to do back squat, front squat, bench press, shoulder press... It's amazing, worth every penny.
