Mankiwa

Incredible the material of the dumbbells, their robustness, how solid they are and how well they perform, the grip feels great, 10 out of 10 grip to push each rep.

Mancuerna

it's quite comfortable and you can also add elastic bands for more tension at the top of the movement. the only thing is that to finish the exercise you have to raise your hips a lot to leave the bar on the stops, but it's something you get used to quickly.

Durt as iron

I have already been using them for almost a year and they are still as hard as iron!! I am quite happy with the purchase, I have tried other brands, but none compare to this one!!
