Min første olympiske dumbbells

I use them for a multitude of exercises; being Olympic, you use the same plates as with the bar, so we save space and money at home. After several months with them, I'm very happy.

Ammar sihqi

I am amazed by the functionality it provides; furthermore, if you want to simulate a "T-bar row," it outperforms any made for that purpose, as the bar has the support point further away, making the resistance profile much better.

Sorprendente

Meets expectations for its price

I've tried several bars and for the quality price, they are the best I've seen. To improve this, you should go for brands like R***e or e****o. For home use, they are perfect.
