Goes really well even in one-story rooms

I bought them to protect the parquet floor in the room where I train, and they work great; no noise or vibration when I drop the bar during deadlifts.

've been training with this bar for years and it works great

It's robust and works perfectly for daily workouts, the knurling isn't as aggressive as a Rogue or an Eleiko so your hands suffer less.

The classic of all gyms

The 10 kg hexagonal dumbbell is an essential item that shouldn't be missing at home or in the gym, and if it's from Maniak, it stands out even more. The finishes are excellent, the grip is very good, and the rubber coating ensures that if you drop it, you don't have to worry about anything. Quality, of course, is a perfect 10.

Ithey have allowed us to get close for effective sets; both girls and guys find them very comfortable for warming up and avoiding large jumps in weights to prevent injury and adapt to the load. Without a doubt, essential.

Ideal for shoulder press

I've been able to work unilaterally on different muscle groups, address imbalances, and keep muscle groups strong. It's already a considerable weight, and its versatility is very broad. Without a doubt, a great choice.
