Disco fraccional 2.5

I really like these plates, especially the inner metal washer that makes it very easy to put them on and take them off the bar.

Disco fraccional 2,5

Practical wedge for squats

I use it frequently at my gym for squats, and the truth is it works well. It's a simple, stable, and practical wedge, one of those tools that you end up using a lot because it does its job. What I'm least convinced about is that it slips quite a bit when barefoot, and for a more secure support, the toes need to touch the ground a little. Aside from that, I think it's useful and recommendable material.
