Pleasant Surprise

Me liked the fact that they are not excessively small; I imagined them to be smaller, but they have a perfect size.

Grata Sorpresa

In fixed bar without any problem, I've used them with dumbbells and they grip a lot, I've done behind-the-neck presses with plate dumbbells and without fear of them falling apart, really good.

The seat is padded but not soft, and it gives you comfort while also providing stability. I imagined the backrest to be more wobbly, but once you're on it, nothing moves. I really liked it a lot.

I haven't tested it with loads over 140kg, but when doing deadlifts, it works great; you let it drop and it doesn't flinch at all. Just hit it with a little wd-40 from time to time and it's as good as new.

The machine works perfectly, the only thing is that it’s very big and maybe short people can’t place their hips well at the end of the machine.

Gott lauk!

My favorites are the urethane plates, but for the price, the training v3 are very good.
