EXCELLENT

I’ve already gotten 5 benches like this for my gym, and my clients are super happy because of the firmness of the bench and because you don’t feel like you’re slipping when doing, for example, a bench press.

EXCELENTE

Very good construction, but for example, if you're looking for it to train firefighters, it's very thick. Now, if what you're looking for is a good rope workout, it's perfect.
