Hip Thrust Pad

In my case, we use it for hip thrusts, and after loading it with quite a bit of weight and using it for all the sets, after a year it still feels pretty cushioned.

Almohadilla Hip Thrust

Isi viek ja, a no te bank.

One of the most annoying things is when the bench starts to shake when you're lifting quite a bit of weight. That's not the case with the Maniak bench; it's stable and sturdy.
